Returns

Since our products are consumable, we do not accept returns. However, we offer a satisfaction guarantee and will provide a refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Refunds

How It Works:

  • If you are not satisfied with your product, contact us within 15 days of your purchase.
  • Provide the following information in your email:
  • Description of the product
  • Reason of the return
  • Best by date
  • Lot number (next to the best by date)
  • Online order number 
  • Any photos of the product and packaging
  • We will review your request and, if approved, process a refund through your original payment method. It might take a few business days to show up on your statement, depending on your bank.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us right away with details of the product and the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
